Our Story
The Dream
A vision for a Dream Center in Flagstaff has been in the heart of Urban Hope Church since they planted the church in the city in 2017. From the very beginning, they sought ways to make a tangible impact in the community, connecting with organizations that shared their heart for transformation and restoration.
One of our earliest partnerships was with ANew Living, a transitional housing program operating out of the historic Motel 66. Together, they served the community in meaningful ways, providing hope and support to individuals in need.
As ANew Living underwent leadership changes in 2023, a new chapter unfolded. Recognizing the deep partnership and shared mission, ANew Living offered Urban Hope Church the opportunity to take over the property and reimagine it as a Dream Center—a place dedicated to outreach, recovery, and life transformation.
In the fall of 2023, this vision became reality. The property officially transitioned into the Flagstaff Dream Center, a beacon of hope for the city.
The Dream Center is committed to providing resources, housing, and support to individuals and families in need—continuing the legacy of faith, service, and renewal.
Today, Urban Hope Church is just one of many churches, local businesses, and individuals who partner with and support the Flagstaff Dream Center. The Dream Center itself is an independent ministry, operating in the city of Flagstaff to serve the community alongside its many partners.
